The Bike Room was started at the end of 2011 when my two daughters Rhi and Beth both had new shiny

 

bikes for their Christmas thanks to their Grand-parents. My son, Sam already rode a mountain bike on trails near to his University.

 

My daughters were both under 10 at the time had only ridden bikes in the park when I and my wife Zo taught them how to ride. I thought it would be great to get back into riding. Little did we know how much cycling would influence our lives in so many positive ways. 

 

We have all achieved so much and benefited in many ways, personally and helping to raise much-needed funds for charities such as Dementia Uk. Here's a link to the Dementia UK Charity Ride Bethan and I undertook in December 2017, 52kms and quite a lot of climbing.
